April – Civil War Block of the Month Starts
If you purchase any portion of the finishing material; whether it is the alternative blocks, batting, backing or borders for your project, when you pick up your first block, you will receive 20% off your purchase. Samples of the blocks are hanging up in the classroom. Cost is $2.00/month. You can pick up no more than 3 blocks / quarter (In April, you can pick up April, May & June. However, no more blocks will be available until July). You can also pick up one block each month if you prefer.
AP&Q – 1 MILLION Pillowcase Challenge
Join us for the 1 Million pillowcase challenge. Make a pillowcase and donate it to the cause by dropping it off at our store. It will be added to the count and eventually donated to a local charity. Miami County Quilt Guild Opportunity Quilt: The Miami County Guild has there Opportunity quilt displayed in the shop. You can buy a chance to win it here at the store or from any member. Tickets are $1.00 each or 6 for $5. The quilt will be given away in September at the Guilds Drag and Brag show.
SCRAPBOOKERS: We now have a Cricut Expressions cutting machine in the shop and several cartridges. Come in and browse our selection. We will do special cutting or you can shop from the several designs already cut. Kerri Mains is the cricut operator. She works on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
