Violet Crush 9 Month Block of the Month Program Wilmington Batiks is thrilled to present this Block-of-the-month program featuring the fabulous new Violet Crush batik collection. The beautiful batiks in Violet Crush are colored in dusty "denim" blues with rich purples ranging from pale orchid to very dark aubergine. The quilt for this 9-month program features 12-inch blocks, including 4-patch stars, log cabin blocks, a 9-patch block, and a couple of "hybrid" blocks that combine elements of both 4-patch and 9-patch designs. The square layout has multicolored sashing and cornerstones to accentuate the overall design. It's finished with simple outer borders.
